My coaching style

I create a safe space with deep trust and respect and quickly get to the heart of what the client wants and needs. Each coaching process is uniquely tailored to the client. You will enjoy having a secure, nurturing sounding board helping you to freely think, learn, create & gain direction. Clients say I ask powerful and incisive questions and listen more deeply than anyone they’ve experienced before. You will be constructively challenged. I have the knack of getting to the heart of the matter, seeing the wood for the trees and saying what needs to be said. My style varies according to the task. Sometimes we will be practical and businesslike, for example, if you are practicing your pitches, presentations or we are testing your business strategy. Other times we will go very deep, for example, to find your true purpose, values or to work on your personal power, courage, self-mastery and confidence. Sometimes we will use experiential techniques like voice dialogue, mindfulness or role play to facilitate decisions or gain inner alignment. Most sessions are light hearted with plenty of laughter and fun. I will gently but persistently hold you to account to help you keep on track to fulfil your purpose, mission and goals.
